Community Guidelines
SwiftDating is for adults looking to meet other adults respectfully and safely.
Be genuine
Use your own identity and your own photos. Do not impersonate another person, create deceptive profiles, misrepresent your age, or use somebody else's images without permission.
Respect people and boundaries
Harassment, threats, stalking, bullying, intimidation, coercion, repeated unwanted contact and sexual pressure are not allowed.
If somebody declines, unmatches, blocks you, or asks you to stop contacting them, respect that immediately.
No minors or sexual exploitation
SwiftDating is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. Content involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of children is prohibited. Do not use SwiftDating to groom, sexualise or seek sexual contact with a child.
No non-consensual sexual content
Do not upload, request, threaten to share or distribute intimate images without the freely given consent of the person depicted. Do not send unwanted explicit sexual images or material.
No scams, fraud or financial exploitation
Do not ask members for money under false pretences, run romance scams, promote fraudulent investments, steal payment or account information, or use SwiftDating to facilitate financial crime.
No illegal or seriously harmful activity
Do not use the service to threaten violence, facilitate trafficking, promote or assist terrorism, distribute illegal content, arrange criminal activity, or facilitate another person's offence.
No hateful or abusive conduct
Do not target people with unlawful hate, dehumanising abuse, threats or harassment because of protected or personal characteristics.
Keep profile content appropriate
Profile photos and public profile text should be suitable for an adult dating service. We may reject or remove graphic sexual content, nudity, illegal content, deceptive material, contact details used for spam, or material that creates a serious safety risk.
No spam or automation abuse
Do not send bulk unsolicited messages, scrape member information, use bots to interact with members, probe the service for vulnerabilities, or attempt to bypass rate limits, moderation or account restrictions.
Enforcement
Depending on the circumstances, SwiftDating may reject or remove content, hide a profile, restrict access, suspend an account, permanently remove an account, preserve records where legally justified, or report matters to competent authorities where required.
You can report suspected breaches using the in-service report tools. For a complaint about moderation or a safety decision, see our Complaints Procedure.
